Property Information Questionnaire

Before we can market your property, we need some key information about it. Providing this up front means buyers get accurate details from day one, and it can speed up your sale significantly.

Please complete the questionnaire as fully and accurately as you can.

Part A: Getting your property ready “market ready”

Estate agents are legally required to give buyers any information that could affect their decision to buy (known as “material information”).

Part A covers the essentials we need before your property can be advertised, such as the council tax band, tenure and asking price.

Please answer as though you are the owner, even if you’re completing the form on behalf of someone else (for example, as an executor or attorney). If you don’t know an answer, that’s fine – just give as much information as you can and don’t leave anything out.

Part B: Additional information for the conveyancing process – Getting “sale ready”

Only the material information is needed to start marketing, but completing the rest of the
questionnaire now can save you time and money later. Your answers will be shared with both sides’ conveyancers.

We also recommend instructing your conveyancer now. They can review your answers and help resolve any title issues or find missing documents early, which reduces the chance of your sale falling through.

If anything changes before your sale completes, let your conveyancer and us know as soon as
possible.
