Getting Noticed
Good rentals often get scooped up within days (sometimes hours) of being listed. If a property has not been let for too long then there is a perception there might be something wrong with it. Strong visibility is important to show your property in its best light. Next Step Estates can help you with all of this. View us not just your realtor, but also your marketing agency. For no extra cost we will:
1.
Advise on presentation and staging (if property is currently untenanted).
2.
Take professional photographs and video (if we think there is a benefit to do so).
3.
Give you visibility on the major property portals (Rightmove, Zoopla and OnTheMarket).
4.
Give you visibility on social media.
5.
Display your property in our high street branch.
6.
Install a “to let” board at your property (if bylaw permits).
7.
Consider speciality marketing which may be suitable for the property.
8.
Next Step will keep a close eye on how your property is performing online and offer advice on increasing your visibility if we feel that you are not getting the attention you deserve. Rest assured that with our wealth of experience, Next Step Estates will always create the right plan for you and your specific requirements.
